The sleeve-splitting arms

IF YOU’RE A WORK-OUT aficionado who just can’t impede doing barbell and dumb bell curls, pull-ups, and dips, then you might own the sleeve-splitting set of biceps and triceps.

Barbell curl is an exercise done by lifting a barbell of the appropriate weight from a standing position. Gripping it on both sides, putting your arms in a “curled position”, and retrieving it back repeatedly will complete the barbell curl exercise. The difference of this exercise from the dumbbell curl is that the latter uses an individual dumbbell (the smaller ones) for each arm, which may be performed alternately.

However, to perform these exercises, according to experts, would require warm-up exercises for your wrists and grips with regular and reversed wrist curls. They said, “Often your weakest link on heavy strength exercises, your forearms and grip will benefit from the direct attention, preparing you for more intense loads on more complex exercises as the program goes on.”
